We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to enhance our companys visibility, generate high-quality leads, and strengthen our online presence. The role requires a mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on content creation skills, along with the willingness to travel for on-ground marketing support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email marketing.
  • Generate quality leads through paid and organic channels.
  • Increase company brand visibility through targeted online campaigns.
  • Create engaging content (text, images) for social media and digital platforms.
  • Design professional creatives and posts using Canva.
  • Manage social media pages, schedule posts, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with other teams for campaign creatives and branding consistency.
  • Track ROI of campaigns and provide monthly performance reports.
  • Travel to Ranchi (25 daysmonth) for promotional activities, events, and client interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 35 years of proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and content creation.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and analytics tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to independently design and prepare social media posts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
