is looking for a passionate
Digital Marketing Executive
to join our growing team and help us build bold, beautiful campaigns that make an impact and derive sales. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive based in Delhi, India.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web.
  • Manage and grow Nebel's social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Create engaging content ideas aligned with our brand tone and product launches.
  • Monitor analytics, optimize ads, and report campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with design, influencer, and product teams for cross-channel strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in beauty, fashion, and digital marketing.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and analytics tools.
  • Creative thinker with a good eye for design and detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a flair for storytelling.
  • Bonus: Experience in beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Marketing and Communication skills to effectively strategize and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of Social Media Marketing and Web Content Writing for creating and managing platform-specific content.
  • Experience with Web Analytics to measure the performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational and collaborative skills, with the ability to manage deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
