Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Faridabad for a Manager - Finance & Accounts. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing accounts, providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and leading a team. Daily tasks include budgeting, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role requires close collaboration with other departments to support business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage
monthly and annual book closures
in compliance with accounting standards
and organizational policies.
● Maintain and update the
Fixed Asset Register (FAR)
, including asset addition,
retirement, and depreciation accounting.
● Ensure accurate and timely posting of journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger
maintenance.
● Coordinate and support
statutory, internal, and tax audits
, ensuring all audit
requirements and documentation are met.
● Prepare financial reports and statements required for audit and management review.
● Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and supporting schedules.
● Ensure adherence to statutory compliance and company policies in all financial
transactions.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data collation and issue resolution during
audits or book closures.
Desired Candidate Profile
● Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting (M.Com or CA Inter
preferred).
● Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and financial reporting.
● Proficiency in accounting software (Tally & Excell)
● Hands-on experience in handling audits and maintaining the Fixed Asset Register.
● Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
● Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
