Job Overview:

We are looking for a Site Engineer & Site Supervisor with a civil engineering background (Diploma or Bachelor's degree) to manage and supervise the construction of water pipelines in water treatment projects. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude towards work, showing a strong commitment to project success, high standards of quality, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Supervision & Engineering: Oversee daily construction activities, including pipeline installation, ensuring everything runs according to schedule, quality, and safety standards.
  • Project Management: Keep track of project milestones, manage timelines, and consistently report on the progress to ensure the project stays on course.
  • Quality Control: Ensure every part of the project meets engineering standards, conduct regular inspections, and maintain thorough documentation.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure all on-site work complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Cost Management: Efficiently manage labor, materials, and equipment, preventing wastage and maximizing resources.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the on-site team, ensuring effective communication and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Problem Solving: Quickly resolve on-site challenges to keep the project on track, demonstrating a proactive approach.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma / BE in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: 1+ Experience in construction or water pipeline installation or water treatment projects, is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Capable of managing resources efficiently and leading a team to meet project deadlines.
