Job Title: Account Executive

Location: Cherlapalli, Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time

Experience Required: Minimum 1–2 years in basic accounting, bookkeeping, or account-related bank work

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, including basic bookkeeping, bank-related work, and support for financial operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, accuracy in handling financial data, and the ability to manage routine banking tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping & Accounting

  • Maintain daily accounting entries, including sales, purchases, expenses, and payments.
  • Prepare and update ledgers, journals, and cash books.
  • Assist in monthly closing activities and reconciliation.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices, vouchers, and receipts.
  • Support the preparation of basic financial reports when required.

Bank-Related Work

  • Handle account-related bank activities such as deposits, withdrawals, cheque submissions, and updating records.
  • Perform daily bank reconciliation and ensure accurate record keeping.
  • Coordinate with banks for statements, queries, and other documentation.
  • Prepare and track payments, NEFT/RTGS transactions, and vendor settlements.

General Accounting Support

  • Assist senior accountants with audits and financial reviews.
  • Provide support in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance documentation (if required).
  • Coordinate with internal teams for billing, payment follow-ups, and vendor/customer clarifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in bookkeeping or basic accounting operations.
  • Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books) is a plus.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and bank procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel and other office tools.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
