About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations at our commercial project. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized and capable of handling basic accounting tasks with accuracy and responsibility. This role involves working at the project site and coordinating with the accounts and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily accounting entries, vouchers, receipts and payment records.
  • Handle cash book, petty cash management and daily expense tracking.
  • Assist in vendor bill verification, recording invoices and ensuring timely payments.
  • Support in preparing MIS reports, expense statements and project-related financial summaries.
  • Coordinate with the central accounts team for documentation, data entry and reconciliations.
  • Assist in bank-related work, including deposits, withdrawals and basic reconciliations.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial records at the project site.
  • Ensure compliance with company accounting processes and timelines.

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software (Tally preferred).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹27,500.00 per month
