Sales Performance Manager

Job Purpose -
Responsible for ensuring all performance data for the sales arm is properly collected and maintained, and detailed insights on the same is reported to the senior management.
Functional Activities -
Support in the design, operation, and enhancement of performance measurement and analytics capabilities across the sales function
Assist in building performance management capabilities for the sales function and further advice on best practices in line with industry/competitor practices
Support the development of performance measures in line with industry trends and practices; monitor competitor performance and asses its application in the organizations context
Ensure the process for measuring criteria to analyse performance is compliant, precise and in line with the functional and organizational goals
Assess the overall performance in the organization and deliver key takeaways on a timely basis to drive improvement and growth in sales
Conduct deep dive analyses into select areas of growth, becoming the subject matter expert
Actively suggest solutions and recommended plan of action to improve performance of sales
Participate in the development of firm's performance goals and KPIs
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.

Desired Experience - Prior experience in the aviation sector is an advantage
