Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Import Export Executive to manage and oversee all activities related to international shipping, freight forwarding, documentation, and logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of import-export regulations, shipping line coordination, customs procedures, and freight management with at least 4 years of proven experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end Import and Export operations including shipping documentation, freight forwarding, and customs clearance.
  • Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, CHA (Customs House Agents) and transporters for timely movement of cargo.
  • Prepare and verify all import-export documentation (Invoices, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Shipping Instructions, LC Documents, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export-import policies, and documentation requirements.
  • Track and monitor shipments, resolve delays, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage and negotiate with shipping lines and freight forwarders to ensure cost efficiency and timely deliveries.
  • Maintain proper records of all shipments, documents, and communications for audits and future reference.
  • Liaise with suppliers, buyers, and internal teams for smooth shipment execution.
  • Stay updated with latest EXIM regulations, INCOTERMS, and international trade practices.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Import & Export operations, freight forwarding, and shipping documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, LC, customs procedures, international freight, and logistics management.
  • Proficiency in handling end-to-end documentation and operations for both imports and exports.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
