About the role
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Manager with expertise in the healthcare industry, subscription-based models, and vendor management. In this role, you will lead the development and optimization of products that improve experiences and drive business growth. Youll collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and external vendors to deliver innovative solutions that meet regulatory requirements and exceed customer expectations.
What You Will Do in This Role
- Develop and execute the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business goals, customer needs, and market trends.
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of subscription-based healthcare products, including strategy, development, launch, and iteration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Lead vendor management activities, including sourcing, negotiations, onboarding, and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and improve existing offerings.
- Work closely with UX/UI teams to create user-friendly healthcare solutions.
- Monitor product performance through KPIs and analytics, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA).
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding product updates and strategy.
What You'll Need to be Successful in this Role
- Master degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, experience in healthcare industry is added advantage.
- Proven success in managing subscription-based products and revenue models.
- Experience with vendor management, including negotiation and contract oversight.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory standards and patient data security.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL, Google Analytics).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
