Production Planning and Scheduling:

· Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer orders and deadlines.

· Coordinate with the production team to ensure availability of materials and resources.

· Monitor production progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet targets.

Quality Control:

· Ensure that all packaging materials meet quality standards and specifications.

· Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain quality control.

· Address and resolve any quality issues promptly.

Coordination and Communication:

· Act as a liaison between different departments such as design, production, and logistics.

· Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clear understanding of production goals and requirements.

· Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making processes.

Inventory Management:

· Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and usage.

· Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.

· Monitor stock levels and reorder materials as needed.

Documentation and Reporting:

· Maintain detailed records of production activities, including work orders, production logs, and quality reports.

· Prepare and present regular production reports to management.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Experience:

· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production coordination, preferably in packaging production.

· Experience with production planning and inventory management systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
