**Required 3 To 10 Years In As A sales Co-Ordinator In Sales Department**

**Roll & Responsibility**

The Sales Co-co-ordinator will work directly with team management to ensure that all the administrative and support functions of the sales department are operating effectively, and that active client files are available to the sales group.

Utilize company resources to develop a filing system that keeps all active sales files available digitally and in hard copy form.

Take the lead on organizing the resources necessary to put together high quality sales presentations.

Ensure the inventory of custom sales presentation materials such as broachers and presentation folders is always up to date.

Act as the primary customer service contact for clients who have questions about their accounts or our product.

Work with other departments within the company to bring in additional help on creating sales presentations when needed.

**Data Maintenance - Retail/Dealers, Distributors, Builders, Electricians/Contractors.**

**Sales Support to Executives
- Proposals/Quotation, Samples, marketing Collateral, Vendor Handling, Nukad Meet/management, Presentation.**

Personal Assistant

Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls.

Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive.

Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.

Organising events and conferences.

Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.

Typing, complying and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
