**Roles and Responsibilities: -**

As a Project Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered successfully and meeting the needs of our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within specified timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Tech, Product to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
- Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management.
- Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in project management, continually seeking opportunities to enhance processes and methodologies.

**Must have**:

- 3+ years of overall experience in project coordination
- Well versed with tools like Jira, Excel, Figma.
- Should have academics in technical discipline.
- Proven ability manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset.
- Scrum certification is a plus.
