**Key Responsibilities**
- Order Processing - Validating and entering orders to ensure data accuracy, ensuring all required documents are present. Assigning jobs to project managers as wells as informing customers.
- Managing and updating daily reports, providing timely information to relevant team.
- Maintaining and creating order acknowledgement for completed orders, calculating cost and quantity, then verifying it against initial order before releasing.
- Creating and updating budgets and cost worksheet on daily basis.
- Updating material database as and when required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
