This role supports project managers and technical teams by ensuring smooth coordination, accurate documentation, and timely communication.Key Responsibilities Project SupportAssist in scheduling, tracking milestones, and monitoring progress.Help maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports.Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and documentation items.Requirements GatheringSupport collection and documentation of technical requirements.Ensure accurate recordingof stakeholder inputsfor project plans.Documentation & VisualizationPrepare and updateproject documentation such as:Network diagramsSystem architecture diagramsSOPs and runbooksMaintain version controland ensure compliance with documentation standards.Communication & CoordinationAct as a point of contact for project updates.Facilitate communication betweentechnical teams and stakeholders.Prepare presentations and reports for internal reviews.Quality & Compliance SupportAssist in ensuringadherence to internalstandards and frameworks (ITIL, COBIT).Help organize documentation for audits and compliance checks.Core CompetenciesStrong organizational and multitasking skillsAttention to detail and accuracyGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively across teamsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or relatedfield (preferred)4-6 years of experience in project coordination or administrationFamiliarity with IT infrastructure concepts (servers, networking, cloud)Proficiency in documentation and collaboration tools (MS Project, Visio, Confluence)Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)Knowledge of IT governance frameworks (ITIL basics is a plus)Location: Pune OfficeWork Timing: Shift Schedule (US - Eastern Time Zone)
