Join Verdantas – A Top #ENR 81 Firm, Position: Technical Project Co-Ordinator- IT Infra We at Verdantas ,looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to assist in planning, organizing, and tracking IT infrastructure and cloud-related projects. This role supports project managers and technical teams by ensuring smooth coordination, accurate documentation, and timely communication. Key Responsibilities Project Support Assist in scheduling, tracking milestones, and monitoring progress. Help maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and documentation items. Requirements Gathering Support collection and documentation of technical requirements. Ensure accurate recordingof stakeholder inputsfor project plans. Documentation & Visualization Prepare and updateproject documentation such as: Network diagrams System architecture diagrams SOPs and runbooks Maintain version controland ensure compliance with documentation standards. Communication & Coordination Act as a point of contact for project updates. Facilitate communication betweentechnical teams and stakeholders. Prepare presentations and reports for internal reviews. Quality & Compliance Support Assist in ensuringadherence to internalstandards and frameworks (ITIL, COBIT). Help organize documentation for audits and compliance checks. Core Competencies Strong organizational and multitasking skills Attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively across teams Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or relatedfield (preferred)4-6 years of experience in project coordination or administration Familiarity with IT infrastructure concepts (servers, networking, cloud) Proficiency in documentation and collaboration tools (MS Project, Visio, Confluence) Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) Knowledge of IT governance frameworks (ITIL basics is a plus) Location : Pune Office Work Timing : Shift Schedule (US - Eastern Time Zone)
