Job Summary: Sales-coordinate position exists to co-ordinate and manage things related to all marketing communications with internal and external customers at single point of contact. This position demands multitasking and effective communication skills.

4. Inter personal skills to interact with all levels of management.

5. Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Microsoft teams and Power point)

6. ERP

7. Computer knowledge.

8. Estimation

9. Proposal writing

10. Ability to work on several projects at various phases simultaneously without losing accuracy.

11. Technical orientation (Understanding of products and processes)

12. Result driven.

13. Negotiation skill.

14. Knowledge of statuary requirements.

15. Knowledge of ISO requirements.

The Responsibilities of Sales Co-ordinator include:

- Ø Responsible to coordinate with PPC and Production Dept. for dispatch of the product on or before time._
- Ø Processing RFQ by co-ordinating with other concern departments for inputs and prepare estimation and proposal._
- Ø Responsible to achieve monthly target._
- Ø _Responsible to attend daily meetings.
- Ø _Responsible to coordinate with production, Design and PPC Dept. for project status.
- Ø Responsible to assists head of department to achieve action plans per month._
- Ø Responsible to set meetings of top professional with clients. (Face to face, Telephonic, virtual)_
- Ø Responsible to establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers, end users, purchaser and deciders at key strategic partners._
- Ø Responsible for preparation of various sales activity reports._
- Ø Responsible to establish and maintain consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials and events._

Ø Responsible to face ISO audits and annual audits.

Ø Responsible to prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales and areas of proposed client base expansion.

Ø Responsible for reviews and analysis of sales performance with respect to set targets.

Ø Responsible to develop and maintain fruitful relations with customers.

Ø Responsible for Maintaining long term relations with key clients and dealers.

Responsible for all other responsibilities, given by Top Management as & when
