Job Description: As a Graduate Trainee, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, assisting with data analysis, and providing business support in a fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills while working with experienced professionals in the BPO/KPO sector. Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, or chat (BPO role). Assist in data processing, report generation, and analysis (KPO role). Resolve client queries efficiently and professionally. Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals. Follow established processes and guidelines to ensure the highest quality of service. Maintain accurate records and update systems as necessary. Continuously improve knowledge of processes and customer service standards. Requirements: A recent graduate (Bachelor's degree in any field). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20, ₹24,000.00 per month
