B2B Marketing Manager

As an EdTech Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our EdTech products and services to both B2B and B2C audiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to target both B2B and B2C audiences, aligning with company goals and objectives.
Segmentation and Targeting: Identify and define target customer segments within the education industry for effective marketing campaigns.
Content Creation: Create and curate engaging content, including blog posts, whitepapers, webinars, videos, and social media posts, to attract and engage the target audience.
Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising, to generate leads and drive conversions.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to support B2B sales efforts by providing marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, and lead generation initiatives.
Data Analysis: Analyze marketing campaign performance, track key metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize ROI.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
Brand Management: Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize results and ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in marketing roles, with a minimum of [3] years in B2B and B2C marketing within the EdTech or education industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with a passion for education and technology.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
