We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Identify engineering requirements, address technical debt, and conduct design reviews.
  • Define the team's goal and roadmap, ensure project execution.
  • Recruit talent, promote ownership, accountability, and psychological safety.
  • Consider technical and customer futures, communicate requirements to platform teams.
  • Partner with teams to solve problems, ensuring communication and collaboration with User Experience (UX), Technical Program Managers (TPgMs), and Product Managers (PMs).
