Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to lead our talent capability-building initiatives across functions. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning programs, leadership development frameworks, and skill enhancement strategies to support Cadeploy's organizational growth and global expansion.
The ideal candidate will have a blend of strategic foresight and hands-on execution, with deep expertise in competency development, learning analytics, and stakeholder engagement within the engineering or technology domain.
Key Responsibilities1. Learning Strategy & Framework
- Design and execute a comprehensive L&D roadmap aligned with business strategy and organizational growth objectives.
- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) in partnership with department heads to identify skill gaps and future capabilities.
- Develop competency frameworks for engineering, project management, and leadership roles.
Create a learning ecosystem blending instructor-led, virtual, and on-the-job training approaches.
Learning Design & Delivery
Develop and deliver technical, functional, and behavioral training programs.
- Partner with internal experts and external trainers to curate impactful learning interventions.
- Drive leadership and managerial capability programs for high-potential employees and first-line managers.
Leverage modern learning tools — e-learning platforms, LMS, webinars, simulations, and microlearning modules.
Learning Operations & Governance
Establish and manage a Learning Management System (LMS) for tracking, reporting, and analytics.
- Maintain detailed MIS reports, dashboards, and training analytics to measure learning impact.
- Manage L&D budgets effectively and ensure cost optimization of learning interventions.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and ISO quality processes related to training.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building
Promote a culture of continuous learning across all levels of the organization.
- Design and implement mentorship programs, career development paths, and talent acceleration initiatives.
Partner with HR and leadership to drive engagement, retention, and career progression programs.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Collaborate closely with senior management, delivery heads, and HRBPs to align L&D with business objectives.
- Present learning outcomes, dashboards, and ROI metrics to leadership.
- Build strong relationships with external learning partners, universities, and certification bodies.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
Experience:
- 8–15 years of experience in Learning & Development
- Proven experience in building and implementing training frameworks from the ground up.
- Experience managing learning programs across technical and behavioral domains.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent Excel and MIS reporting abilities — including the creation of dashboards and L&D metrics.
- Deep understanding of learning platforms, digital content creation
- Ability to connect learning with performance, business outcomes, and leadership development.
- Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
