Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced
Learning & Development Manager
to lead the training and capability-building initiatives across our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing learning strategies that enhance employee performance, develop leadership capabilities, and drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the
    end-to-end learning and development strategy
    for all levels of employees across the manufacturing units.
  • Identify training needs through
    competency mapping
    , performance reviews, and collaboration with business and plant heads.
  • Design, develop, and implement
    technical, behavioral, and leadership development programs
    aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage and enhance the organization's
    Learning Management System (LMS)
    for efficient delivery and tracking of training programs.
  • Drive
    onboarding
    ,
    functional training
    , and
    continuous learning initiatives
    across departments.
  • Collaborate with
    department heads, HR Business Partners, and external training vendors
    to deliver impactful learning solutions.
  • Develop and monitor
    L&D budgets
    , track learning effectiveness through KPIs and ROI analysis.
  • Stay updated with
    industry best practices
    , digital learning trends, and modern L&D methodologies.
  • Promote a culture of
    continuous learning and talent development
    within the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6–10 years
    of experience in
    Learning & Development
    , with at least
    3 years in a managerial role
    within a
    manufacturing or industrial
    setup.
  • Strong understanding of
    competency frameworks
    ,
    training needs analysis
    , and
    succession planning
    .
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing
    learning frameworks
    and
    evaluation methods
    (e.g., Kirkpatrick Model).
  • Excellent
    communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management
    skills.
  • Hands-on experience with
    LMS platforms
    and
    digital learning tools
    .
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Human Resources
    ,
    Organizational Development
    ,
    Psychology
    , or related fields.
  • Excellent
    communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
    in
    English and Telugu
    — both written and spoken.
