Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Learning and Development Manager, based in Hyderabad. Responsibilities include designing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills, managing learning management systems, and ensuring continuous staff development. The manager will also focus on creating effective instructional designs and fostering leadership development within the workforce, contributing to both individual and organizational growth.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Training & Development and managing Learning Management Systems
  • Strong skills in Training and Instructional Design to create effective learning materials
  • Experience in Leadership Development to cultivate future leaders within the organization
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze learning and development needs and implement appropriate strategies
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role within healthcare or a relevant industry is preferred
