Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Methods Engineer located on-site in Hyderabad. The Methods Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes. Daily tasks include conducting process assessments, implementing process improvements, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with the engineering and production teams. The role also involves managing project timelines, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining comprehensive documentation of all processes and changes.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Industrialization and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Relevant experience in the aerospace, defense, or precision manufacturing industries is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
