About the Role:

Design at FarMart is not about shipping shiny screens. It's about making complex B2B tools usable, useful, and fast. You'll work on both SaaS and mobile products that directly impact farmers, field operators, and food companies.

What you will do :

  • Define product flows, edge cases, and occasionally contribute to shaping new product ideas
  • Partner with the design lead to solve UX challenges, share feedback, and evolve design system
  • Collaborate closely with engineering through handoff, QA, and build to ensure designs are implemented correctly
  • Use Figma as the primary tool
  • Work with two active design libraries to focus on problem-solving instead of building components from scratch

What we are looking for:

  • Min 2+ years of experience working on both B2B SaaS and mobile products
  • Strong portfolio that shows structured problem-solving and intuitive UX
  • Ability to drive projects independently — from brief to build
  • Comfortable collaborating with engineers post-handoff (QA, UAT, final polish)
  • Familiarity with Framer or other prototyping tools
  • Good grasp of microinteractions(Rive/Lottie) and basic motion
  • Understanding of front-end development (helps a lot during handoff)
