About the role

We turn raw ideas into elegant, high-performing products. You'll own the design lifecycle—research → flows → wireframes → pixel-perfect UI → interactive prototypes → dev handoff—while also crafting the visual language (icons, illustrations, motion) that makes our product feel premium and intuitive.

What you'll do

  • Translate business goals & user insights into clear user journeys, IA, and wireframes.
  • Design polished, responsive interfaces for web & mobile; build interactive prototypes for rapid feedback.
  • Create a cohesive design system (tokens, components, patterns) and maintain UI kits across platforms.
  • Produce high-quality visuals—iconography, illustrations, marketing creatives, social assets, micro-animations, and Lottie/motion where it adds value.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to scope, plan releases, and meet budgets & timelines.
  • Run usability tests, synthesize feedback, and iterate quickly; ensure accessibility (WCAG 2.2) and performance-friendly design.
  • Prepare developer-ready specs and assets; support QA and post-release polish.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree (Design/HCI/Related preferred) and
    2–5 years
    in UI/UX or Product Design.
  • A strong
    portfolio
    with 2–3 shipped products or case studies that show problem → process → impact (metrics a plus).
  • Mastery of
    Figma
    /FigJam; comfort with
    Adobe CC
    (Illustrator, Photoshop), motion tools (After Effects/Lottie), plus Protopie/Framer (nice-to-have).
  • Fluency in design systems, responsive layout, typography, color, and data-viz fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bonus: familiarity with dev constraints (Tailwind/React components), basic HTML/CSS, or 3D (Blender).
