Key Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for B2C digital touchpoints, including websites and mobile applications.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that reflect the end-to-end customer journey.
  • Collaborate closely with the Lead – B2C, product managers, and developers to ensure seamless design integration.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback through surveys and other research methods.
  • Ensure consistency across digital products by adhering to design systems and brand guidelines.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles for B2C products and mobile-first design.
  • Ability to create responsive and adaptive designs for a seamless multi-device experience.
  • Hands-on experience in user research, usability testing, and design optimization.
  • Awareness of design trends, mobile-first approaches, and customer engagement techniques.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a specialization in B2C digital products.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
