Position Summary:

We're expanding our Product Development team at Saarthee, a design-driven, innovation-focused unit shaping the future of analytics, technology, and AI platforms.

We're looking for a Product Designers (UI/UX) who is passionate about crafting meaningful, user-centric, and visually refined experiences. In this role, you will own the design and user experience across all Saarthee products, ensuring consistency, usability, and delight at every interaction.

You'll collaborate closely with product managers, front-end developers, and engineers to translate complex data-driven insights into intuitive designs that scale from pilot to production.

Your Role Responsibilities and Duties:

• Own the end-to-end product design process from user research and wireframing to prototyping and final UI delivery.
• Design intuitive, engaging, and scalable user experiences across multiple Saarthee products.
• Develop and maintain a unified design system, ensuring visual and functional consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, front-end developers, and backend teams to bring ideas to life.
• Translate complex data and analytics concepts into clear, user-friendly interfaces.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to guide design decisions.
• Create interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders.
• Participate in pilot design phases, iterating rapidly based on feedback and data insights.
• Apply best practices in information architecture, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and methodologies to continuously elevate the user experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field.
• 4–7 years of hands-on experience in product design, UI/UX design, or interaction design, preferably in tech or analytics-driven environments.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Framer.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, UX research, and design thinking methodologies.
• Experience creating wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design systems.
• Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/React) to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Demonstrated ability to work across multiple products, balancing long-term design strategy with pilot-level agility.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills able to articulate design rationale clearly.
• A portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work from concept to implementation.
