Key Responsibilities Design Execution

● Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for digital projects.

● Ensure solutions align with user needs, responsive design standards, and business objectives.

● Work closely with developers for handoff and implementation.

Research & Strategy

● Conduct desk research and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.

● Participate in team brainstorming to shape new features or product strategies

Communication

● Present and articulate design concepts to teams and stakeholders.

● Collaborate with product managers and developers to refine requirements.

Ownership

● Maintain consistency across all designs while following brand guidelines.

● Involve usability testing where necessary.

Collaboration

● Act as a liaison between design and other departments.

● Use data-driven insights alongside design concepts to inform decision-making.

Requirements Experience

● 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Product Design, UX, or UI roles, with a focus on digital projects.

Portfolio

● Strong portfolio demonstrating intuitive interface and user-centered design work.

Skills

● Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.

● Understanding of responsive design principles.

● Familiarity with front-end development HTML/CSS is a plus, not mandatory.

● Excellent presentation and communication skills.

● Strong ability to collaborate across disciplines and influence stakeholders.

● Attention to detail with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
