Business Development Executive – CDX Outlets

Location: Chennai

Department: CDX (Café Design & Experience)

Reporting To: CDX Manager / Regional BDM

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Business Development Executive to drive footfall and visibility for our CDX outlets in Chennai. The role involves field-based business development activities including outreach to hospitals, colleges, corporates, and landlords for promotional tie-ups and outlet expansion support.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit hospitals, colleges, offices, and residential complexes to promote nearby CDX cafés.

Build strategic partnerships for cross-promotions, sampling activities, and kiosk setups.

Identify high-footfall areas and generate leads for potential CDX café outlets.

Establish and maintain relationships with landlords and property owners for leasing opportunities.

Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for localized campaigns and activations.

Track and report BD activities, outreach results, and engagement success.

Ensure brand visibility and positioning in relevant micro-markets.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.

1–3 years of experience in field sales, marketing, or business development (retail/QSR preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and field-ready.

Willingness to travel extensively within Chennai.

Work Environment:

This is a field-based role involving daily market visits.

Coordination with internal stakeholders including CDX, Operations, and Marketing teams.
