Role & responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving sales targets in Nagpur and Rest of Maharashtra region for CMAC construction equipment.
  • Generate new business opportunities through client visits, cold calls, and lead follow-ups.
  • Explain technical features and benefits of construction equipment to potential clients and consultants.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, infrastructure companies, and dealers.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close orders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Service, Stores, Logistics, and Accounts) for smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, site visits, and technical presentations to customers.
  • Provide market intelligence competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer feedback.
  • Travel extensively across assigned territories to develop and manage client base.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering OR MBA in Marketing.

  • Experience: 2 to 6 years of experience in:

  • Selling Construction Machinery / Equipment

  • Building Materials to the infrastructure industry

  • Engineering Products / Capital Equipment sales

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Should be self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively across the region.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools preferred.
  • Candidate based in or near Nagpur will be preferred.
