We are looking for you as a Senior Sales Engineer - Energy, Oil & Gas for our sales department. The location of the position will be Pune or Delhi. this role is responsible for ensuring profitable growth in identified key accounts of the region & promote entire range of products offered by the company in these key accounts. Roles and Responsibilities: - Responsible for preparation of annual business plan for revenue generation for the given area. - Responsible to build and grow existing customers in entire territory. - Responsible for AR and C-form collections. - Need to understand the customer needs & be a key interface between the customer & Corporate Office. - Responsible for identifying market and competitive trends. - Responsible for communicating technical design requirements, constraints functionality and implementation details verbally and in formal documentations. - Responsible for maintaining and improving customer satisfaction level. - Responsible to maintain all quality management records as required by the QMS. - Responsible for individual as well as team target. About the Ideal Candidate Education & Experience: - BE in Mechanical Engineering - 4-6 years of experience in handling the Sales & Marketing with Original Equipment Manufacturers ('s) or Direct Accounts - Knowledge about the machineries and its parts where seals is getting used. - Knowledge on Hydraulics Competencies: - Strong communication, attitude, analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills - Strong technical aptitude beneficial - Conversant with Design basics & able to understand Technical Specs Our Benefits for You - Detailed induction training for your new tasks: You will get to know our company, your contacts, and our structures - An exciting, multifaceted, and interdisciplinary field of activity.
