About the Role

We are hiring a
Digital Marketing Team Leader (TL)
to manage client projects from start to finish. You will plan and execute strategies, manage a small team, and make sure every client campaign delivers strong results.

This role is perfect for someone with
deep expertise in Local SEO and Paid Ads
who enjoys both strategy and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage
    Local SEO
    and
    Paid Ads
    campaigns for multiple clients.
  • Handle Local SEO tasks such as Google Business Profile optimization, citation building, local content, and review strategies.
  • Manage and guide the internal team to meet deadlines and achieve client KPIs.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and other tools.
  • Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and local marketing trends.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of
    Local SEO
    (Google Business Profile, citations, local link building, location pages, reviews).
  • Proven expertise in
    Paid Ads
    (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and conversion tracking.
  • Minimum
    3+ years of digital marketing experience
    , with at least 1 year in a team leader or senior role.
  • Solid project management and team leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.

Nice to Have

  • Experience creating Local SEO content strategies (service area pages, FAQs, etc.).
  • Knowledge of advanced schema markup and on-page SEO best practices.
