Hiring: Young & Enthusiastic Back-End Office Executives (Overseas Coordination Role)

Are you an energetic individual looking to build a career in international operations and client servicing?

We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive team members to join our back-end office supporting our overseas company operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with clients over phone and email.
  • Requesting, sorting, and organizing client documents.
  • Pre-filling and reviewing application/web forms with accuracy.
  • Ensuring compliance and timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Coordinating with overseas teams to maintain workflow and consistency.
  • Meeting deadlines, maintaining professionalism, and showing a strong sense of responsibility.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Young, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail, logical thinking, and ability to multitask.
  • Comfortable using computers, web forms, and email systems.
  • Ready to match overseas office hours (starting between 6-7 AM IST).
  • Prior experience in back-office support or international coordination will be an advantage but not mandatory.
