Hiring: Young & Enthusiastic Back-End Office Executives (Overseas Coordination Role)
Are you an energetic individual looking to build a career in international operations and client servicing?
We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive team members to join our back-end office supporting our overseas company operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicating with clients over phone and email.
- Requesting, sorting, and organizing client documents.
- Pre-filling and reviewing application/web forms with accuracy.
- Ensuring compliance and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinating with overseas teams to maintain workflow and consistency.
- Meeting deadlines, maintaining professionalism, and showing a strong sense of responsibility.
Ideal Candidate:
- Young, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail, logical thinking, and ability to multitask.
- Comfortable using computers, web forms, and email systems.
- Ready to match overseas office hours (starting between 6-7 AM IST).
- Prior experience in back-office support or international coordination will be an advantage but not mandatory.
