We are seeking a Solution Analyst who will work closely with enterprise customers to design, implement, and deliver high-impact BI solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment, is hands-on with modern BI tools and data modeling, and enjoys solving complex business challenges with data.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner directly with enterprise customers to run workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into BI solutions.

  • Design, develop, and deliver interactive liveboards using ThoughtSpot tools.

  • Perform hands-on data modeling, ETL, and data preparation to enable accurate and scalable reporting.

  • Write efficient Python scripts for data transformation, automation, and advanced analytics.

  • Lead and support migration initiatives from on-premise systems or legacy BI platforms to ThoughtSpot cloud-based SaaS platform

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across BI solutions.

  • Optimize dashboard and query performance for enterprise-scale adoption.

  • Drive customer enablement through demos, training, and ongoing support.

What you bring:

  • 4-6 years of experience implementing and supporting BI solutions for enterprise clients in customer-facing roles.

  • Strong proficiency with at least one major BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, or ThoughtSpot).

  • Hands-on experience in data modeling, SQL, and working with relational databases/cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, etc.).

  • Proficiency in Python for data wrangling, automation, and analytics.

  • Experience in BI or data platform migrations (on-prem to cloud, or legacy BI to modern BI tools).

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders.

  • A problem-solving mindset and passion for turning data into business insights.
