Account Support Executive

About the Role
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Account Support Executive to join our growing team at Lean Kitchen Network (LKN). This role will work closely with our Account Management team, supporting the day-to-day operations that keep our partner network running smoothly.
You'll play a vital role managing key processes, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting Account Managers to stay focused on partner success. If you're detail-oriented, process-driven, and enjoy seeing things run efficiently, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
● Maintain accurate records of partner details, site status, and operational updates
across internal systems.
● Support Account Managers with the daily operational tasks required to manage
partner performance
● Track and update weekly partner performance reports and ensure data consistency
across platforms.
● Assist in preparing and distributing weekly and monthly performance decks and
summaries to key partners.
● Manage and own day to day partner support processes (platform onboarding, go-live
readiness, site escalations).
● Help coordinate communication between internal teams and ensure partner requests
are tracked and resolved.
● Monitor open actions and follow up to ensure timely completion.
● Respond to general partner queries.
About You
● You're highly organised, methodical, and thrive in a process-driven environment.
● You have excellent attention to detail and can manage multiple workflows without losing track.
● You're proactive - when you see an issue, you look for a solution.
● You're confident working with data in Google Sheets or Excel and comfortable using shared documents and dashboards.
● You're a strong communicator, both written and verbal.
● You ejoy supporting others and understand the value of teamwork in achieving shared goals.
● You're comfortable working remotely and managing your own time effectively.
Nice to Have
● Experience in an operations, admin, or support role (preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment).
● Basic familiarity with food delivery platforms (Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat) or hospitality operations.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: ₹360, ₹380,000.00 per year
