- Promote and sell financial products, such as personal loans, credit cards, and solar finance EMI loan products

- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers

- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and cold calling

- *Customer Relationship Management*

- Build and maintain good relationships with customers and channel partners

- Handle and resolve customer queries related to EMIs and loan accounts

- Ensure accurate documentation and timely processing of EMI loans

- *Target Achievement*

- Achieve assigned sales and EMI loan targets

- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

- *Market Analysis*

- Monitor industry trends to adapt strategies and stay competitive

- Collect feedback and report market trends to the manager

*Job Requirements:*

- *Education*: Minimum 12th pass or graduate degree

- *Experience*: 0-2 years of experience in sales, telesales, or telecalling

- *Skills*: Strong communication and persuasion skills, ability to handle objections and close sales

- *Other Requirements*: Basic computer knowledge, willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory

*Salary and Benefits:*

- *Salary Range*: ₹15,000 - ₹50,000 per month, depending on the location and performance
