Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented BID Trainee who has strong skills in MS Excel and MS Word, and is eager to learn operations on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. The ideal candidate should also be capable of searching and tracking bids and tenders across various state government e-procurement portals. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in government procurement, tender management, and e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily operations on the GeM portal including registration, product uploading, bid participation, and order processing.
  • Conduct thorough research and track bids/tenders across state government procurement portals (e.g., eProcurement portals of states like UP, MP, Rajasthan, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate data in Excel sheets and Word documents for internal and audit purposes.
  • Prepare and update MIS reports, bid trackers, and summary documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to collect required documents for tender submissions.
  • Learn and follow the compliance guidelines for both GeM and state-level portals.
  • Support in documentation, bid preparation, and timely submission of proposals.
  • Keep track of deadlines and tender amendments.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Table) and MS Word.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn GeM portal operations and eProcurement workflows.
  • Basic internet research and document management capabilities.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
