Role & responsibilities : This job profile involves facilitating the various Sales Process support work that include :
Communication and Coordination: like communications between the sales team and clients which includes replying to customer enquiries & queries, Preparing & Sending Quotations, scheduling appointments, Administrative and logistical support to the sales team, to ensure smooth operations and achieve sales goals, internal coordination between Sales team in Head Office and Branch Offices, Coordination with Principals Manufacturers / Suppliers on need basis for Order Management & order processing, Supply chain Management, Logistics and Shipping, and other queries on need basis, and ensuring smooth communication.
Tendering Roles like Downloading Tender Enquiry documents, Preparing & uploading Tender documents & offers for both Online Submissions and dispatching Offline Tenders on time for Participations.
Administrative Support: like Assisting General Manager Sales & Operations in day to day activities related to Sales & office / branch Operations as per necessary processes. Managing schedules, preparing various Sales Reports &/or MIS reports as per sales team & management requirement for decision making, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records of sales data and customer information.
Data Management & Compilations that includes maintaining and updating client databases, track sales performance, and generate various reports to monitor progress towards sales targets.
Teamwork and Collaboration, like working closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of sales activities.
Preferred candidate profile : Any Graduate, preferably from Engineering or Commerce background, with 2-5 years of similar experience (experience in manufacturing / trading company having handled Industrial products, industrial Bearing and Transmission products , or similar products will be an added asset). The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, fast learner, with Strong ability to be organized and prioritize the work. Results-orientated and able to work in a small team environment with minimal supervision. Having good verbal and written communication skills with an ability to multitask. Computer Proficiency and competency in CRM Software, Microsoft Office (Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint,) and other required software.
