- Location: Domlur, Bengaluru
- Role: Inside Sales Executive Chat Process (Semi-Voice)
- Vacancies: 8
- Shifts: Rotational (6:00 AM 2:30 PM | 8:00 AM 4:30 PM | 2:30 PM 11:00 PM)
- Working Days: 6 days/week (rotational week-offs)
- CTC: Up to 4.2 LPA (3.6 LPA Fixed + Incentives)

About the Role

Xperteez Technologyis looking for proactive and persuasive Inside Sales Executives to join our growing team. In this chat-based semi-voice sales process, you will engage potential customers via live chat, understand their needs, recommend diagnostic packages, and convert inquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound inquiries via chat and understand customer requirements
- Recommend suitable diagnostic/healthcare services
- Educate prospects about benefits and accuracy of our solutions
- Convert leads into confirmed sales using persuasive communication
- Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions
- Follow up with potential leads who didnt convert initially
- Work closely with call center, lab coordination, and marketing teams

Who Can Apply

- Bachelors degree in any field (Healthcare/Science background preferred but not mandatory)
- 13 years of experience in chat support, inside sales, or customer service
- Excellent written English with professional tone and clarity
- Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and achieve targets
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts including weekends/holidays
