About the Role:

We are seeking an
innovative and tech-driven Digital Marketing Executive
who understands both
Digital Marketing
and
AI technologies
. This is a unique, forward-looking role where creativity meets algorithms. You will work
closely with the Founder
on developing and executing
AI-centric marketing campaigns
, integrating automation, data intelligence, and cutting-edge AI tools into our overall marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

AI-Driven Marketing Execution:

  • Use AI tools to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms.
  • Automate and personalize marketing communication using AI solutions (Chatbots, AI CRM, predictive tools, etc.).

Digital Strategy & Campaign Management:

  • Manage and execute campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Track analytics and use AI-based insights to improve ROI and audience engagement.

Content Creation & Automation:

  • Leverage AI tools to create high-impact creatives, reels, and ad copies.
  • Build AI workflows for faster content generation and social media scheduling.

AI Integration & Research:

  • Explore and implement new AI tools to streamline marketing workflows.
  • Stay updated with AI trends and suggest innovative strategies for brand growth.

Performance Tracking & Optimization:

  • Monitor and analyze campaign data using AI analytics platforms.
  • Develop intelligent dashboards and reports for decision-making.

Collaboration:

  • Work directly with the Founder and other creative/technical teams to develop AI-powered engagement systems for multiple brands.

Requirements:

  1. Experience:
    Minimum
    3 years
    in Digital Marketing with hands-on exposure to
    AI tools, algorithms, or automation workflows
    .

  2. Skills Required:

  3. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Performance Marketing.

  4. Hands-on experience with AI tools
  5. Proficiency in analytics, automation, and AI-based data interpretation.

  6. Ability to create, experiment, and innovate using technology.

  7. Tech-Savvy Mindset:
    Comfortable experimenting with emerging tech and adapting fast.

  8. Creative Vision:
    Ability to blend technology with creativity for impactful campaigns.
  9. Education:
    Graduate/Post-Graduate in Marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science, or related fields (preferred).
