Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals, including SEO, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and performance marketing initiatives.
• Conduct keyword research using advanced SEO tools to optimize website content, blog posts, and landing pages for higher search engine rankings.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads (including Google AdWords) and Facebook Advertising to maximize ROI.
• Oversee social media marketing efforts by creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, scheduling posts, and analyzing engagement metrics through social media management tools.
• Utilize Google Analytics and other analytics platforms to monitor campaign performance, interpret data insights, and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
• Create compelling content for various digital channels, including website copy, blog articles, email marketing campaigns, and social media posts, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
• Design visually appealing graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite to enhance digital content.
• Maintain and update websites using WordPress or other content management systems (CMS), ensuring optimal user experience and SEO compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that support B2B (business-to-business) initiatives and e-commerce growth.
• Implement marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, lead nurturing processes, and customer engagement efforts.
• Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, SEO best practices, emerging platforms, and new tools to keep strategies innovative and effective.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns across multiple channels.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz for keyword research and site audits.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads (including Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles including on-page optimization, link building strategies, and technical SEO aspects like HTML and CSS fundamentals.
• Skilled in content creation—copywriting for web copy, blogs, email campaigns—and graphic design using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with website management systems like WordPress or other CMS platforms; knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data using SQL or analytics tools to assess campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive copy tailored for different audiences across various digital channels.
• Knowledge of social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer; experience managing B2B marketing campaigns is advantageous.
