Job Summary:

The Field Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all field operations related to a political campaign. This includes managing field staff, organizing and implementing field strategies, and ensuring effective voter outreach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Field Operations Management:

  • Develop and implement field strategies and plans in coordination with the Campaign Director.
  • Oversee and manage daily field operations to ensure alignment with campaign goals.
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure effective and efficient campaign execution.
  • Managing the field force and getting timely updates from them
  • Provide regular feedback to the Field Force and encourage them to take corrective measures on the identified gaps
  • Coordination with Field Force through State Heads, Regional Coordinators etc.

Staff Supervision:

  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  • Monitor performance and provide feedback to ensure high levels of motivation and productivity.
  • Plan, conceptualize, strategize and execute high impact end-to-end on- ground campaigns.
    • Logistics and Resource Management:
  • Manage field office logistics, including supplies, equipment, and technology.
  • Ensure efficient allocation and use of resources to support field activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all field operations.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Political Science, Communications, MBA or a related field are preferred.
  • Proven experience in political campaigns or grassroots organizing.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is highly desirable.
  • Candidates from FMCG, Sales & Marketing can also apply.

  • Ability to develop and implement effective field strategies.
  • Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Work Environment:

  • This role requires working in various field locations and may involve extensive travel.
