Role & responsibilities

The Assistant Manager Performance Marketing will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive consumer acquisition, engagement, and sales for FMCG / Food brands. The role involves managing paid media campaigns across digital platforms, analysing performance data, and ensuring maximum ROI from marketing spends.

Preferred candidate profile

  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or equivalent.
  • 3 to 8 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in FMCG / Food & Beverages sector.
  • Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Programmatic Advertising, DSPs, and Affiliate Marketing.
  • Experience in e-commerce marketing (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Data Studio, Excel, and attribution tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, influencer marketing, and re-targeting campaigns is an advantage.
