Sales Manager-Luxury Real Estate Building Projects

Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients.
- Negotiate and close real estate deals with clients and partners.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, and partners.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of real estate agents.
- Set clear performance targets, provide coaching and guidance, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
- Oversee the acquisition, development, and management of the real estate portfolio.
- Monitor property maintenance, renovations, and improvements to enhance property value.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for the real estate division.
- Monitor expenses, track financial performance, and optimize profitability.
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract potential buyers.
- Create marketing materials, brochures, and digital content to showcase properties.
- Reach out to potential buyers, HNIs leveraging CRM
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and property portfolio status.
- Analyze data to make informed decisions and recommend strategic improvements.
- Ensure all real estate transactions adhere to local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards.
- Any Graduate, any postgraduate with experience in selling luxury Real Estate projects or a similar Sales role within the hospitality, aviation, or similar service industry dealing with high-profile customers and HNIs.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
