Job Summary:

We seek an
Engineering Head – Sensors
to lead the
design, development, and validation
of cutting-edge
automotive sensors
. This role involves
technology roadmap planning, product innovation, team leadership, and compliance adherence
. The ideal candidate will have extremely strong expertise in
sensor physics as well as good exposure to embedded systems, AI-driven perception technologies, and automotive safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand range of existing sensors and upgrade their technology
  • develop new technology sensors
  • Expand the sensor engineering team
  • Collaborate with
    OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and R&D institutions
    .

Key Qualifications:

  • B.E./M.E. in Electronics, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering
    .
  • 10+ years
    in
    sensor development for automotive applications
    .
  • Expertise in
    Optical, ultrasonic, level, Pressure, temperature , speed sensors
    .
  • Knowledge of
    CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet, and AI-driven sensor integration
    .
  • Experience with
    vehicle validation, HIL/SIL testing, and EMI/EMC compliance
    .
