Job description

The Plant Head will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Operations at our Manufacturing

facility. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive efficiency, ensure quality, and lead a team

to achieve production goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manufacturing

management with a proven track record of improving operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing & controlling manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and quality.
  • Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement with Lean approach.
  • Must Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental & other mandatory regulations.
  • Coordination with various departments to align manufacturing goals with company
  • objectives.
  • Manage budgets and optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing related field.
  • 13+ years of experience in manufacturing management, with at least 3 years in a leadership
  • role. Experience in Auto ancillary preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing processes and quality control.
  • Proven track record of improving operational performance, ability to lead and develop high-
  • performing teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
