Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Promotion Activities

  • Design, plan, and implement a variety of brand promotion initiatives across the companys product range.
  • Ensure all promotional activities are aligned with the company's strategic objectives and budget constraints.

2. Content Creation & Technical Writing

  • Develop, edit, and finalize technical write-ups, presentations, brochures, and visual aids for promotional use.
  • Create engaging and informative promotional materials that clearly communicate product value propositions and key messages to target audiences.

3. Promotional Events & Presentations

  • Organize and conduct lectures, demonstrations, and presentations at approved events such as seminars, Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions, and industry expos.
  • Represent the company at key industry events, promoting the product portfolio and interacting with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.

4. Sales Team Training & Guidance

  • Train and support the sales team on planned brand promotion strategies and activities.
  • Provide the sales team with updated tools, resources, and knowledge to execute campaigns effectively in the field.

5. Monitoring & Execution of Promotional Activities

  • Oversee the implementation of promotional campaigns by the field force to ensure they are executed as intended.
  • Offer ongoing support and ensure promotional efforts remain aligned with the overarching marketing strategy.

6. Data Collection & Analysis

  • Gather and analyze field data, including sales figures and feedback from the sales team and customers.
  • Evaluate the performance of promotional campaigns and recommend strategic improvements based on insights.

7. Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare and present periodic reports to senior management on market dynamics, competitor analysis, and promotional effectiveness.

8. New Product Launches

  • Lead the planning and execution of new product launches in the market.
  • Develop and manage launch campaigns to ensure successful product introductions and market penetration.

Qualification required: MBA/PGDM (Marketing)

Preferred :Female Candidates

Experience : 8 to 10 Years

Fluent in communication.

Candidate should be living around Andheri or should be comfortable travelling to Andheri (E).
