Sajjan Jawai – A Luxury Wilderness Resort

Full-Time | On-Site

We are looking for an experienced Resort Manager to lead operations at Sajjan Jawai, a boutique luxury resort known for its wilderness experiences, curated hospitality, and exceptional guest service.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage daily operations, ensure smooth guest experiences, and maintain the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:-

Operations & Guest Experience


• Lead overall resort operations: Rooms, F&B, Housekeeping, Safari & Guest Activities


• Ensure flawless guest experience from arrival to departure


• Handle guest issues proactively and maintain high satisfaction scores

Reservations & Front Office


• Oversee bookings, occupancy, ADR, and daily room planning


• Coordinate with the Revenue Team for pricing, promotions & OTA management


• Maintain smooth communication across calls, emails & WhatsApp

Food & Beverage Management


• Maintain food quality, hygiene, portion control & kitchen cost


• Approve menus and coordinate high-tea, snacks & curated dinner experiences

Housekeeping & Property Upkeep


• Ensure top cleanliness standards across rooms, tents & common areas


• Conduct daily inspections and manage preventive maintenance schedules

Safari, Activities & Experiences


• Coordinate with safari agents, drivers & guides


• Manage folk dance, pottery, live music & cultural experiences for guests

Finance & Cost Control


• Monitor daily expenses, vendor bills, stock & wastage


• Maintain safari commission sheets & purchase approvals as per budget

Team Leadership


• Manage staffing, grooming standards, duty rosters & training


• Conduct daily departmental briefings and performance evaluations

Reporting & Coordination


• Maintain daily DSR for management


• Coordinate with Marketing & PR teams for reviews, photos, feedback & influencer stays

Requirements


• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in resort/hotel operations


• Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills


• Ability to manage teams and deliver high guest satisfaction


• Experience in boutique/luxury properties preferred


• Knowledge of F&B, housekeeping, and front office operations is essential
