Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Territory Sales Manager to join our team on-site at our Vadodara location. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding sales territories, building relationships with clients, and identifying business development opportunities. The role involves understanding customer needs, providing solutions, facilitating effective communication, and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction. Additionally, you will train and support team members as needed to achieve sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management to drive business growth and achieve targets
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and maintain strong relationships
- Ability to conduct Training and provide mentorship to team members for enhancing their sales performance
- Proficiency in strategizing and implementing sales techniques
- Experience in the logistics or freight industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
