Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Desktop Engineer (L3) to provide advanced technical support and ensure smooth functioning of desktop systems across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with Windows OS, networking, and IT infrastructure tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide L3-level technical support for desktops, laptops, and related hardware/software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11 operating systems.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory, Group Policy, and user account issues.
  • Perform system upgrades, patch management, and security updates.
  • Handle SCCM and Intune for software deployment, device management, and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
  • Coordinate with L1/L2 teams for escalations and issue resolutions.
  • Maintain documentation of incidents, resolutions, and preventive actions.
  • Ensure minimal downtime and high user satisfaction.
Required Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting.
  • Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy Management, and User Profile Management.
  • Basic understanding of network protocols and troubleshooting tools.
  • Hands-on experience with SCCM and Microsoft Intune.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer-handling skills.
Additional Information:
  • This is a full-time on-site role at Jogeshwari, Mumbai.
  • Candidates must be available to work 6 days a week.
  • Immediate joiners or those with up to 15 days' notice are preferred.
